Texas Gov. Rick Perry has released a new video urging voters to re-elect Chief Justice Nathan Hecht and Justices Boyd, Brown and Johnson for the Texas Supreme Court in the March 4 Republican primary. Personal injury trial lawyers have chosen to run against these justices who were appointed by the governor.
