General Election, Tuesday November 3, 2020

The Texas Bipartisan Justice Committee was founded in 1987 to evaluate, endorse and support conservative candidates for civil courts who believe in judicial restraint and who are not closely identified with the personal injury bar. We also support candidates for criminal courts who recognize and protect the rights of crime victims, not just the rights of criminals.

We believe that when it comes to voting for the courts, it is not about political parties but about fair and even handed judges.

It is with some pride that we note that the vast majority of the 100+ candidates we have endorsed have won their elections and gone on to honorably serve the State of Texas.

We also evaluate selected other races.
